"You cant buy a negative one star review like you can buy a 5 star review!!!! Latest update Feb 2026, so mow you want to speak to me directly after you refused to answer my calls or return my calls last year? Im still waiting for the refund you owe me from overcharging me last year before I dumped your office and state farm all together. Best decision I ever made!! Newest update: you dont pay for 1 star reviews, you earn them!!! We left Statefarm insursnce after months of run around and at least 20 envelopes with state farms name on it twisting the policy premiums numbers and always owed Chrissy more money!! Best decision I made!!! New agent at new company answers the phone himself when you call, answers questions and returns calls in 10 minutes like he says, and policy eas a few dollars chsaper to boot!!! Dont put up with this agencys runaround!! Update: gal in office says i should contact usps to find out where my refund check is??? It is not up to me to find my check it is up to CHRISSY ESTES of state farm to get the Refund to me, fedx if necessary, to make sure i get the check. The UNITED STATES POST OFFICE WILL NOT LOOK FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS NEVER PUT IN THE MAIL. Still waiting for my $485.00 dollar refund. They have been changing the amounts and saying checks in the mail for weeks now but it still hasen't arrived. Asked to have Christine call me and was told she was too busy??? What like I'm not important enough of a 10 year customer of her and many more of state farm? I guess she doesn't want to talk about owing me hundreds of dollars and her girls not knowing how to get checks in the mail. Don't walk away, run!!! Perhaps Chrissy Estes of state farm in North Rigeville and Avon would like to explain to the department of insurance, ODI where my refund is??? Chrissy Estes are you ever going to work up the nerve to call me and explain where my refund is??? It really isn't in state farms best interest to take advantage of a senior and hold on to their money. Still waiting for your call!!"

"We had a claim and needed their help. They informed us that they do not get involved in claims. Which means that they collect commissions, but do no work on behalf of clients. We left, found another agent who did the work and in the end our entire roof was replaced instead of just one side with mismatched shingles."

"Heather helped me as I was looking for a policy after moving states. She was so patient and very helpful. Truly made the whole process easy to set up and answered all my questions. It was a huge bonus that my policy was much lower than in my prior state I lived in with the same benefits. Very much appreciated her help with the whole process! Side note: She is so funny! 🤣"

"Excellent Customer Service from Julie Schwartz! I want to express my sincere appreciation for Julie Schwartz, who went above and beyond to help me with a refund issue that others in the same building couldn’t resolve. "Just moved all my insurance policies over to Christa Estes Insurance. What a GREAT office to work with. Heather was super professional, diligent, knowledgeable and organized. I sent her the old information and had all the quotes back in a simple to understand format. They are SUPER EASY to work with, great people, detail oriented, pay attention, helpful and knowledgeable. Also, worked with Billie in the office to get all the various scheduled items listed (and there were a bunch) and she did an EXCELLENT job.
