Christina Estes

Heather has been with Christina Estes State Farm since 2015 and currently serves as the Director of Operations for our two offices. Originally from S Florida, Heather has called Ohio home with her husband and son since 2008. Heather’s specialty is protecting families with Life Insurance.

Stephanie Salser is our Service Team Manager. She first joined State Farm in 2016, after earning her BA from The Ohio State University and her MBA from Mount Vernon Nazarene University. Stephanie is a mother and a wife, and those two roles have taught her the importance of having her family protected by life and health policies. She is also the mom of two cats and one dog. In her spare time, Stephanie likes to bake, and spend time with her family.

Meet Amber, a dedicated member of the State Farm team who has made significant strides since joining the company a year ago. In her time with State Farm, Amber has demonstrated immense growth and a strong commitment to her work. Amber is a proud and loving mom, finding joy in nurturing, and guiding her child. On the weekends, she values the importance of maintaining a work-life balance. She cherishes the opportunity to unwind and connect with friends and family to make the most of her free time. Amber enjoys helping customers understand the coverages they have and figuring out what plans fit their lifestyles.

Billie is a passionate insurance professional with two years of experience in the industry. When not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her two-year-old son, Noah. Billie has a love for live music and camping and attends concerts whenever she has the chance. She has seen Dave Matthews Band 12 times! Billie loves to help her customers protect their most important assets, so they can focus on the fun stuff.

Julie, a seasoned insurance professional who has been in the industry since 2015 & has been proudly representing State Farm for 6 years. Julie is anticipating her first child, July 2024 which will bring on a new chapter in her life alongside her work life. When she is not busy with work or preparing for motherhood, Julie spends most of her time with friends and family. With the new addition to her growing family, Julie understands the importance of having quality Health and Life Insurance to protect herself and her loved ones.

Kelly is a wife and mother of one son, Joshua. She is an Air Force veteran turned State Farm customer service representative since 2007. With 17 years’ experience in the insurance industry, her knowledge of the products State Farm offers is superior, and she really enjoys helping others makes sure when the unexpected happens, they are covered. In Kelly’s spare time, she enjoys bowling with her husband and son at the local bowling alley. She is also an avid runner and has her eyes set on running the 100-mile Florida Keys race, which takes lots of time and dedication! Her furthest distance to date is 63 miles... and we are truly amazed by her dedication which transpires to her work ethic as well.

Caitlin has been a member of the team for over a year, dedicated to helping customers protect what matters most to them. When she's not working, she loves immersing herself in the great outdoors and exploring hiking trails with her fiancé. She also enjoys attending baseball games and the excitement of live concerts, often accompanied by her parents. While Caitlin may be one of the only team members without human children, her two cats are so pampered that they might as well be considered part of the family.
